Analytical methods should be precise, accurate, sensitive, and specific. The precision or reproducibility of a method is the extent to which a number of replicate measurements of a sample agree with one another and is expressed numerically in terms of the standard deviation of a large number of replicate determinations. Accuracy is the closeness of the mean of a set of replicate analyses to the true value of the sample.
The sensitivity of a method is defined as its ability to detect small amounts of the test substance.The specificity is the ability to detect only the test substance.
分析方法应该是精确的,准确的,灵敏的和专一的。某分析方法的精确度或重现性是同一样品多次重复测量结果相互符合的程度,用数字来表示就是,多次重复测量结果的标准偏差。准确度就是一组分析测定结果的平均值和真实值之间的接近程度。方法灵敏度被定义为被检测物质中可以被检测的最少量的能力,专一性是指只检测被检测物质的能力。 |
